As a newcomer to Canada the process of getting a mortgage is not an easy one, but Jeff simply made it happen. He really took the time to understand my situation and needs and come up with solutions. Jeff has been highly professional throughout the process and always maintained a good level of communication. Not only does he take his time to explain all your options, but also tells you which one is the best mortgage you can get and then puts his efforts into getting it for you. I could not have done this process without them. A few weeks after moving into the new home we got a charcuterie board with local treats, which was a lovely surprise and really appreciated.
