Jeff is nothing but a pleasure to deal with. A true professional. Found me an unbeatable rate, patiently answered all of my questions, guided me through all the steps with care and knowledge. The mortgage application process was smooth and easy thanks to his professionalism. Justin deserves the same accolades. Great team work! I would highly recommend them.

My husband David Titus and I have worked on securing mortgage related products for many years with Jeff, and he comes through with great deals every time! Now working as well with his son Justin is an added bonus. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new mortgage, a renewal, a home equity loan or secured line of credit. 10 Jan 2021A big Thank you to Jeff and Penny, Can only highly recommend this mortgage brokerage. I used Jeff's Services when I purchased my home back in December. As a newcomer to Canada the process of getting a mortgage is not an easy one, but Jeff simply made it happen. He really took the time to understand my situation and needs and come up with solutions. Jeff has been highly professional throughout the process and always maintained a good level of communication. Not only does he take his time to explain all your options, but also tells you which one is the best mortgage you can get and then puts his efforts into getting it for you. I could not have done this process without them. A few weeks after moving into the new home we got a charcuterie board with local treats, which was a lovely surprise and really appreciated.
