Jeff and Justin were great - it was a pleasure to work with Jeff about 20 years ago on our first mortgage and it remains to be a pleasure. With prompt and excellent service our mortgage was acquired quickly and without any hassle!

This was my second time getting a mortgage from Jeff and his team. I mostly worked with Justin, whose timeliness was appreciated. I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

A big Thank you to Jeff and Penny, Can only highly recommend this mortgage brokerage. I used Jeff's Services when I purchased my home back in December. As a newcomer to Canada the process of getting a mortgage is not an easy one, but Jeff simply made it happen. He really took the time to understand my situation and needs and come up with solutions. Jeff has been highly professional throughout the process and always maintained a good level of communication. Not only does he take his time to explain all your options, but also tells you which one is the best mortgage you can get and then puts his efforts into getting it for you. I could not have done this process without them. A few weeks after moving into the new home we got a charcuterie board with local treats, which was a lovely surprise and really appreciated.

Getting a mortgage can be stressful - not with York though. His knowledge and expertise and personality put you instantly at ease - you don't have to worry or research rates - as you know you'll get the best. Couldn't have imagined an easier experience. Would recommend him ( and have already) to anyone!
